We are so pleased to be able to invite you to our Catholic Mental Health Workshop that will be taking place on Saturday November 20th from 11-1pm.
During this workshop we will dive in to what our faith has to say about Mental Health and Wellbeing and begin to explore how we can best support our young people during these turbulent times.
The workshop costs just £5 and can be paid on the day. The workshop will take place in the parish hall of St. Martin De Porres Catholic Church, 366 Leagrave High Street, Luton, LU4 0NG.
