We cannot wait for Flame 2027!

Flame is a one-of-a-kind event run by CYMFed (the Catholic Youth Ministry Federation) bringing together 10,000 young people aged 14-25 from across England and Wales (and sometimes even further afield!) It is one of the biggest events in the Catholic calendar for young people! and is the biggest event for Catholic youth in England and Wales!
If you’ve not been before, it’s a day full of activities, games, praise and worship, international speakers, adoration, and the chance to BE church with 10,000 other Catholics your age!
It’s an incredible experience of what it means to be Catholic, a day to come away with other young people and God and have a load of fun along the way.
This year’s theme is ‘take courage’ and we can’t wait to see what they’ve got in store to help us explore this.
BSL interpretation is available for this event, so please let us know if you would like access to this or have any other needs we can help cater for to make the day more accessible.
It promises to be an amazing day and we’d love to bring together as many schools and parish youth groups as possible. So whether you are a group leader or an individual, get booking! We’d for you to join us!
We are going to be arranging transport from a number of locations across the diocese to get as many people there as possible, so make sure you select the ‘entrance + transport’ ticket and choose one of the locations on the booking form, if you’re interested in this.
